These Terms set out the rules for using BEEP AI, available at beepai.pl — an artificial intelligence agent that, on the user's instruction, searches for and books car rentals using BEEP tools. They supplement the AI Agents Channel Terms and the BEEP Service Terms, which apply to any matters not covered here. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
§ 1. General provisions
- The service provider and operator of BEEP AI is BEEP Rent Sp. z o.o., registered in Jelenia Góra (58-500), ul. 1 Maja 27/34, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 899-285-92-95, KRS 0000775578, e-mail: agents@beep.rent ("BEEP").
- Using BEEP AI is free of charge. BEEP AI adds no fees on top of the price shown in the offer on the BEEP Service.
- BEEP AI is an artificial intelligence system (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). The User is talking to a program, not a human.
§ 2. Definitions
- Agent — the BEEP AI assistant based on a language model, which calls the Tools on the User's instruction.
- Tools — BEEP tools made available by the MCP server at https://mcp.beep.rent.
- User — a person using BEEP AI; in relation to BEEP and the Rental Company, the User is the customer.
- BEEP Service — the beep.rent website with its search engine, booking process and confirmation pages.
- Rental Company — a business offering a vehicle on the BEEP Service and party to the rental agreement.
- Booking — a vehicle rental order placed by the Agent on behalf of the User.
§ 3. Scope of the service
- BEEP AI lets you: search for offers with the full price and extras, read offer terms, prepare an order summary (checkout), place a Booking, confirm it with a code received by the User, check its status and — after verifying access with an e-mail code — cancel it or request a rental extension. Long-term rental offers are also available.
- Results reflect the state of the BEEP Service at the time of the query. Prices and availability may change until the Booking is placed; the User is informed of any change in terms before placing it.
- BEEP takes due care to keep BEEP AI running without interruption but does not guarantee its availability. Language model answers may contain errors — the data returned by the Tools and the Booking confirmation sent to the User are binding.
§ 4. Rules of use
- The Agent acts only on the User's instruction and, before placing a Booking, presents the total price, deposit and cancellation rules.
- The Booking is always confirmed by the User: with a code received by SMS or e-mail, or by payment on the BEEP Service. The Agent does not generate, guess or bypass codes.
- BEEP AI never accepts payment card details. The User pays on the BEEP Service or when picking up the vehicle.
- The User provides true driver details (first name, last name, e-mail, phone) and personally accepts the BEEP Service Terms and the Rental Company's general rental conditions.
- It is prohibited to use BEEP AI to place unrequested bookings or bookings in another person's name without consent, to circumvent limits, to scrape data automatically or to transmit unlawful content.
- Bookings placed through BEEP AI are processed under the BEEP Partner Programme; the agent's creator may receive a commission on bookings. This does not affect the price paid by the User.
§ 5. Booking and rental agreement
- Placing a Booking by the Agent is placing an order on behalf of the User under the BEEP Service Terms. An unconfirmed Booking may expire after the time indicated in the Tools' response.
- After confirmation, the User receives a confirmation at the e-mail address provided. Some Rental Companies additionally confirm the Booking — until then its status is "awaiting the rental company".
- The User concludes the rental agreement with the Rental Company under its general rental conditions. The deposit and fees payable at pick-up are collected when the vehicle is handed over.
- The User may cancel a Booking through BEEP AI, on the BEEP Service or by contacting BEEP. A full refund of amounts paid applies when cancelling at least 24 hours before pick-up; after that, amounts paid are non-refundable. If the Rental Company refuses to perform, BEEP offers an alternative, and if the User does not accept it — refunds 100% of the amount paid.
- Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, consumers have no right of withdrawal from a car rental agreement with a specified date or period of performance. This does not limit the right to cancel under paragraph 4.
§ 6. Liability
- BEEP is responsible for the proper operation of BEEP AI and the Tools and for performing Bookings under the BEEP Service Terms.
- Towards businesses, BEEP's liability is limited to actual damage. This provision does not limit consumer rights.
§ 7. Complaints
Complaints about BEEP AI or Bookings may be sent to agents@beep.rent. BEEP handles them promptly, no later than within 14 days, and replies to the sender's e-mail address.
§ 8. Personal data
Data processing rules are described in the BEEP AI Privacy Policy.
§ 9. Final provisions
- BEEP may amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, scope of the service, security). An amendment takes effect no earlier than 7 days after publication and does not apply to Bookings placed earlier.
- These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures.
